Disconnect and Earthing Switches Form Complete Isolation Solution

Disconnect switches and earthing switches are important components for ensuring maintenance safety in distribution systems. Indoor disconnect switches cover 12kV, 24kV and 40.5kV levels, mainly with a rated current of 630A. Some models include an earthing switch, allowing isolation and earthing to be completed in one operating sequence. High altitude disconnect switches are adjusted in terms of insulation distance and materials for low pressure and large temperature differences, suitable for higher elevation areas.

Outdoor high voltage AC disconnect switches cover 12kV, 15kV and 40.5kV levels, with emphasis on corrosion resistance and operating flexibility. Low voltage disconnect switches are used at 0.5kV and below. For earthing switches, 12kV indoor products come in 31.5kA and 630A specifications, while 40.5kV indoor earthing switches can withstand 31.5kA short circuit current. During manufacturing, contact coating thickness, transmission part fit accuracy and operating torque are all included in inspection to ensure reliable switching after long-term operation.
